  1. Line up designated therapist colors in the calender

    Our office has 11 therapists and scheduling staff need to see all therapist's schedules at once to schedule accordingly for room and location availability. It would be extremely helpful if each color assigned to each therapist would automatically line up on the full calendar view. It is hard to distinguish who is available and when because the colors are all over the place for each day.

  3. Contact clients in event of expiration

    As a solo practice owner, allow me to enroll in a service with TheraNest so if something fatal happened to me I could know that my clients would be contacted and informed in a professional way.

  4. Limit document access for certain users

    As an admin, allow me to restrict certain client documents to be accessed by other users, or allow me to upload these documents to a different place in TheraNest. We may have uploaded a document that outlines rate information and we don't want everyone to have access to that.

  5. Show actual time on calendar with red line

    Adding a line on the calendar would be helpful to display actual time. Many times as a receptionist I pull up different pages on Theranest and go back to the calendar taking a few seconds to search the page for the correct appointments scheduled at that time. A visual marker would be helpful. See attachment for an example.

  6. Assign supervisor per patient instead of staff member

    Allow me to assign a supervisor at the patient level. Our trainees have more than one supervisor and we'd like their notes to be reviewed/approved only by the staff member assigned to that patient.

  7. Make exceptions for conflicts with recurring appointments

    Recurring appointments often conflict with exceptional events like Thanksgiving, or a scheduled personal appointment. It would be nice for the calendar to show upcoming conflicts with the repeat appointment and have an option to choose "Skip this appointment date," but schedule the other recurring appointments for which there are no conflicts.

  8. "Applied to Deductible"

    Under submitted claims status it would be nice to have an option to chose "Applied to Deductible" to make it more clear from the ledger what actually took place with a claim that was not rejected or actually paid by the insurance company but was applied to the patient's deductible.

  9. Display initial assessment addendums at the top

    If I create an addendum for an initial assessment (such as adding diagnosis codes), then allow me to view that addendum at the top of the page when viewing the initial assessment so I can quickly see the updated information without having to scroll down to the bottom.

  10. Don't show progress notes for canceled & no-showed appointments

    When a client cancels an appointment or is a no-show, remove the action to create a progress note.

  11. View deactivated staff name under assigned staff in client list

    We would like the ability to see who the client saw, even when the staff has been deactivated. For example: if a client decides to return, we can't tell from the archived client list which staff previously saw the client.

  12. Add option for 120 minute increments in calendar settings

    Add an option for the calendar to remember if a staff member tends to do 2 hour sessions. The website will automatically assume its only an hour session.

  13. Add ability to send one time payment link for multiple invoices

    Make it possible to send a 1-time payment link for multiple invoices to the same client?
    Right now you have to send 1 link per invoice.

  15. Add special characters to secure messages

    I would like to be able to add special characters. We have a multilingual clientele and we sometimes send them the portal in portuguese/spanish and we need to use special characters but the portal does not allow it.

  16. Payroll Report by Assigned Staff

    Is it possible to have the Payroll Report have an option to show by Assigned Staff?

    A lot of the insurance companies are rejecting claims for non-licensed therapists when we are putting the supervisor under the Referrer on the claim. We have had to go back, correct claims and resubmit with the supervisor as the Rendering Provider. In talking with TheraNest support, it sounded that your Payroll Report would not work well in this situation. For this reason, is it possible to get this additional option?

  17. View full service type on the invoice

    Please adjust the invoicing screen so that the billing type field/window does not truncate the text, so I can verify the correct billing code was used.

  18. Automatic out-of-office reply for portal messages

    If a client contacts me through the client portal while I'm away, allow me to set up an automatic out-of-office reply and the option to have those messages forwarded to another staff member.

  20. Separate supervisory review setting for progress notes and treatment plans

    Have the "Notes require supervisory review" setting be separated into treatment plans and progress notes. As a supervisor, I only need to review treatment plans, not progress notes.
