    Have my total hours displayed for the day and/or week on the calendar based on the session type (e.g., client appointments vs. non-client appointments).

  3. Batch loading invoices into ledger

    Hi there --

    I've been enjoying Theranest for something over a year, and I just discovered batch invoicing. However, I'd already individually prepared several months of invoices pursuant to electronically uploading them to Docustream, I have to upload each month's worth separately, and I find that when I'm in batch invoicing, although I check the boxes, it doesn't allow me to batch-load the checked ones into a 1500 form. Would it be possible to create that feature, or enable something like that in Ledger, or some such? Batch-loading previously prepared invoices into Ledger would cut my time for uploading to…

  8. Add Authorization number to individual claims or denials

    Add the ability, in the invoice phase where rendering provider and other information can be customized, to add a specific authorization number. It is difficult to keep straight when auth numbers change- or companys are behind on paying claims. There are times we need two numbers on different claims.

  9. Allow therapists to manage client notification settings for each client

    As a therapist, allow me to manage which email notifications my clients receive. Right now this can only be managed from the Organization tab (under Client Portal) and I want to specify which of my clients receive which notifications.

  13. Send Portal Invite Via Text Message

    Sometimes email addresses get messed up and the client never recieves the portal invite to get started. Could the admin have the option to send a link to start the portal through text. This way the invite will not get buried in their inbox and they can put in their information even faster.

  14. Link for Client Scheduling, Forms, Messaging, Etc. Without Creating Portal Account

    I would prefer the ability to allow clients to schedule, submit forms, message, or access telehealth features w/ a link or general form that can be embedded onto my website and/or emailed without having clients set up a client portal account, such as something you might find on many dentist office or other professional websites.

    This would allow me to use more of theranest's features, decrease the amount of explanation I have to provide to help clients use the features, be more useful for new clients that have not started treatment yet to easily initiate services/schedule assessments/enter preliminary intake information,…

  15. Telephone icon for 02 location

    I love the video icon on scheduling for telehealth and that is gives the 02 location automatically in the progress note when clicked.
    Would you please do this with the telephone. I do have clients who do not have access to the internet and only have a land line phone. It would be very nice to be able to click the telephone icon and have the location in the progress note to automatically change to 02.

  16. Pay for a service to transfer my data from one TheraNest account to another

    Transferring my data is a very manual process when moving from one TheraNest account to another TheraNest account. Allow me to pay for a service that will do this for me, so that my historical documentation, appointments, etc. are all in my new account.

  17. Allow Unapplied Payments in the Payroll Report

    This would be super helpful since it's very common to unapply and re-apply payments multiple times, and that causes payout statuses to be lost.

  18. Notes by month

    A way to filter notes by month or timeframe. Sometimes it takes some time for supervisors to approve notes to then sign them (I'm unlicensed). This function would allow us to find notes dating in a certain timeframe rather than going through each client's file.

    If a client messages me from the client portal, have it directed to my email similar to how it's done when case notes are signed.
