Wiley Treatment Planner- be able to save as you go
When creating a Wiley Treatment plan it should save as you go to create a draft, rather than having to start all over if in the middle of a tx plan. I often create a treatment plan over a few sessions and it would be helpful to be able to go through and edit it before it is finalized. Right now, you have to edit and finalize the treatment plan all in one, if you get to the third page and get interrupted or feel like you need more info before you can complete it, you lose everything you have…

Show Indicator in-app While In Active Session
Put an indicator (e.g., a colored dot) on the appointment in which a telehealth session is currently open. Since we are not able to open up more than one at a time, it would be helpful to know which one needs to be closed in the event that a clinician accidentally "leaves a session" instead of "ends session."

Keep test client in TheraNest
Have the test client from my TheraNest trial remain active in my account so if I need to see how something works or see what something looks like on the portal I can use the test client.

Hello, I wanted to make the suggestion that along with a GAD-7 or PHQ-9 it would be nice to have more easy and ready to use forms that are typical. Thank you

blocked time a different color on calendar
It would be really nice to have the ability to have the background color of blocked time (or non-client appointments) a different color. What I'd love is to be able to glance at the calendar and see the shape of my day (such as being able to pick light gray for the whole area of blocked time, so that sessions pop out visually and I can see where my time will be spent at a glance). Thank you!

creating autofill for client payment options
It would be very helpful if you could allow users to select or create the way your autofill feature works for client payment options. For example, I use "other" for the service by which my clients pay for services, rather than cash, but I can't select a way to use autofill the way that makes the most sense for me.

Don't include DOS of initial assessment in missing progress notes report
When running the missing progress notes report, don't include dates of service where an initial assessment was completed. Our initial assessment acts as the note for that day and a progress note isn't necessary.

Report on client's school
Allow me to report on the client's employer or the school they attend. The Employment field will display in reports, but the Employer does not.

Deductible Report
At the beginning of the calendar year, patient's deductibles reset. It would be great to be able to quickly identify these patients through a report, etc.

Client Portal Indicator During Batch Statements
Add feature to see if a client has an active client portal so provider/support staff can deselect and not prepare those for mailing.

Clinician Directory
Hello,
I'm not sure if this already exists, however, another EHR had advertised that they provide a directory exclusively for the clinicians who use their product. I would love to see a theranest directory to promote clinicians!

Open progress note upon starting telehealth session
When I connect/start a telehealth session, have TheraNest automatically open a progress note for that date of service.

When viewing the list of clients, allow me to include their insured ID #.

use icon instead of popup to alert support responses
It would be helpful if the support responses in the "Get Help" chat did not popup on your screen. This is a workflow interruption especially during telehealth sessions. Depending upon the length of the response, the alert popup cannot always be closed out unless the session is ended. A badge or icon would seem useful and less disruptive.

prevent phone calls from interrupting video session
It would be most helpful if phone calls did not disturb the audio or video on telehealth sessions. Using the do not disturb call feature is not a solution as many people only have one phone and phone access is needed in case of an emergency.

Add Date last seen to open case report
You should add the date last seen to the open cast report, so that we could quickly see if there are any case that need to be close or archived.

supervison progress reports signature per Insurance company
We would like to have the 'sign progress notes under supervison' be specific to the Insurance company.
We have one that only requires the clinical director to sign off in the log that she is supervising. And another that requires the signature on the note.
And self pay clients it is only required to be in the file that she is supervising and signing off.1 vote -
Client Portal Payment History when 'Allow to pay through Portal' is NOT enabled
As of now, you cannot see ANY Payment History if the feature 'Allow payment through Portal' is not enabled or if Banking Information is not used. So if you are receiving cash/check and not using the Credit Card system, the client cannot see their payment history/invoices (included date range also).
