Add custom options to the Custom Form created
When a specific custom form is created by using the Custom form template would like the option to be able to link the Clients detail such as Name, Treatment plan, and DX to the custom form before it is placed in the Case Notes Tab.

Adjust Margins to Print a Claim on the CMS-1500 Claim Form
Because Medicare requires paper claims be printed and received on a red CMS-1500 claim form, and because we are still waiting to be approved to submit Medicare claims electronically, I need to be able to adjust the margins when printing a claim so as to fit within the boxes on the CMS-1500 claim form. Right now, I can neither submit claims electronically nor accurately print them to paper for submission and processing, because I can't adjust the margins to print properly on the claim form.

Remind me which clients want superbills because I have some that want them and some that don't and it would be easier if I was reminded of these clients or they were designated somehow.

Allow calendar appointments to be changed from single staff to multi staff after hitting save
When I need to change an appointment by adding a staff member to an existing appointment, the only way to do this is to delete the appointment and make a new one. Especially for reoccurring appointments, this is frustrating! I work with students who change throughout the year, so I often need to take an old student off and add a new one.

Automatic rollover to 2021
I've noticed that when I am scheduling for an appointment in January, the year doesn't automatically roll over to 2021 -- and then the appointment doesn't going into the calendar. This is when I'm scheduling from the Client Details page - it's not an issue of course if I am clicking on the date I want from the Calendar. I hope that's an easy fix.

Telehealth link for Couples Psychotherapy
Can you please update that individual telehealth subscription to include sending ONE telehealth LINK to a couple/family who have a shared appointment but will be in the same location?
There is no need to upgrade to the group subscription since only one user client link is needed. However, the scheduling/calendar wont allow me to make a telehealth group appointment for couples without the subscription upgrade. It is recommended by TheraNest documentation in couple psychotherapy session is added into the electronic medical record as a "group appointment" to link the progress notes/treatment plans.

drag multiple lines in custom forms at one time
While creating a custom form I wanted to move around some sections but was unable to drag full sections around at one time. It would be great if I could move multiple items/lines in a form at once and place them elsewhere in the form.

currency individual
I would love to have an option to change currencies based on clients. I am from the US and have some clients from there that I see virtually that pay in USD, but I am based in Europe and most of my clients pay in Euro. Would love a way to change currencies for individual clients!

Display client's name on warning when deleting clients
When deleting a client it would be great if the popup warning would include the client's name (similar to when you archive a client) so you can be sure that you are deleting the correct person.

Set Maximum Number for Booking Multiple Appointments at the Same time
Allow multiple booking at the same time only allows a YES/NO response. It would be great is it could say YES, and allow use to enter the number where it would max out. For example, I want to have multiple appointments scheduled at one time but no more than 5

List resources for referring clients to other professionals
I often refer clients to other professionals for added services. I would like a designated place for me to add the contact information of these professionals for easy accessibility. This would be a general list not necessarily linked to a particular client.

Add "Customize Grid" section to Batch Statements
It would be nice to have more granular control over what details are included in Batch Statements, similar to the "customize grid" feature when generating Statements from the client's ledger.

Groups - delete members from appointments
When allowed to delete a member from an existing group, delete their future group appointments should be adjusted to delete from appoints automatically, or give me ability. I have group members gone a year, but names still show up in appointment lists, despite the fact I've deleted from Group.
Troubling because they could be charged accidently, and it throws off the attendance reports.

Email Progress Update to Referral Source
It would be helpful to have a simple way to enter referral, such as probation, attorney, court staff etc; and allow the system to send progress updates via email for each client. Ideally this would be one email with a PDF attachment of the client progress updates for each referral source.
Currently I have to copy information from Theranest into a merge Word document to send an email to each contact.
It would save a tremendous amount of time for the therapist to have this option.

Bring back "no end date" option when creating recurring appointments.
The option to have no end date for recurring appointments was recently removed. This was a very helpful feature and I would really like to have it back. Just because some users did not like the feature, does not mean the option should be removed for everyone. They have the choice to click the other options. This option was very helpful for setting up clients on a regular schedule.
