Reminder for when clinic forms need to be updated
Allow me to set a reminder for when a patient's intake or HIPAA forms need to be updated. There are some forms that we need to have clients sign yearly.

Accessibility for people who are blind
Make TheraNest, the client portal, and telehealth accessible for staff and clients who are blind or eyesight impaired and use a screen reader.

We’re continuing to make accessibility improvements throughout TheraNest! When using a screen reader and adding or editing an appointment, the repeat event options will not be read if that option is disabled. Stay up to date with all the changes in TheraNest by checking out our changelog.

Specify Balance Responsibility on Invoice Aging Report
When printing an invoice aging report would like to be able to specify balances by insurance or self balances, and specify Unarchived or Archived or both.

Manually upload multiple ERA Files (manual remit)
Under the ERA Received tab, allow me to select multiple files when I click the Manually Upload Files button rather than having to upload them one by one.

Report on payer's total payment per payment number
Allow me to run a report that will display the total amounts from payers that have the same payment number so that we can reconcile with our bank deposits.
Anthem uses one payment number for multiple clients/payments and having to calculate this by hand is time-consuming.

Notify me when someone has viewed my case
Allow me to receive a notification if someone views a case that is assigned to me. Sometimes I notice things get changed and I'd like to know who to follow up with about those changes.

Make "client" or "insurance" selection more obvious when accepting payment
When accepting a payment from the client's ledger, make the selection of client payment or insurance payment more obvious. It's easy to miss and I sometimes end up charging the client because that's the default.

Notification for uploads to general documents
Notifcation when someone uploads documents to a client's general documents, similar to how you receive notifcation when a client completes forms online. Our office staff misses important documents being uploaded to client's general documents because the therapists forget to notify us themselves.

When viewing the list of clients, allow me to see how many open cases each client has.

Show Practice Name in "from" field
when a message is sent to a client, having the Practice name show up in the email vs the person who sent it. This can be confusing to the clients as they don't know the Admin.

Missing Appointments Report
We need the ability to be able to run a report of all progress notes that have been input to Theranest that do not have an appointment associated with them. Basically, a Missing Appointments report (the opposite of the Missing Notes report.)

Delete service types
Allow me to delete service types that I made in error and that have never been used on appointments or invoices.

Show All Client Info in Calendar View (no ...)
on calendar, allow for all of the clients saved information like first name, middle, and last name along with the service type to be visible from calendar view. this helps when appointments are set to color change the service type as it makes it easy to see what color they are. sometimes if the name is too long, it prevents the service type from showing!

Customer Success Program
It would be a great idea to consider assigning new subscribers with a "success coach" for at least the first 30 days to assure they are on the right track with all these neat features you have. Without it can cause high levels of anxiety and frustration. I got an implementation manager for one hour and if I can get on the calendly schedule I may get lucky to get 15 minute session within the next 7 days but what if my issue is urgent! This would be a cool feature for your start up folks. I am drowning over…
