Adjust logo size on progress notes
Allow me to adjust the size of my organization's logo on progress notes. It looks smaller than how it appears on intake forms and invoices and is hard to read.

Include email address in Demographic Analytics report
Allow me the option to include the client's email address when running the Demographic Analytics report. I like to email clients within a given intake time frame and right now I have to pull that information from multiple places in TheraNest.

Color-Coded Client Intake System for Efficient Paperwork Tracking

It would be helpful if a new clients name was in red signaling that their intake paperwork had not been completed and then when those are emailed back into the system, the name changes to white. That way you can quickly scan the calendar looking for names that pop out so you know they are not completed yet. It is time consuming to have to keep looking up each individual client and opening their details to get that info

If a client has not completed their intake paperwork, don't allow appointments to be scheduled.

Add client to group from appointment
Allow me to add a client to a group from the appointment screen. It would benefit our practice by streamlining the process of doing notes for groups when a client attends a group that is not within their treatment plan.

Confirm appointment change when dragging and dropping
Once an appointment is created on the calendar if I click and drag it to a new date/time make me confirm the change before saving the appointment. Sometimes I move appointments accidentally and this sends an email to the client. Then I don't remember the original time of the appointment to move it back.

Consolidate archived client & case forms
We create and archive a lot of dynamic forms for clients as client forms or case forms. Each form is displayed as a separate tab when viewing the client's details or case, and given how many we have it's hard to distinguish between the archived ones and active ones.

Select which calendars users can view
Allow me to select which calendars users can view. As an admin, I may not want anyone to see my calendar. I also may not want contractors to view another provider's calendar.

Add conservator field to client details
Add a conservator field to the client details page so if the client is conserved I know who the conservator is.

Ignore required fields if saving (not signing) a dynamic/intake form
If I'm filling out a Dynamic Form for a client, allow me to save the form even if the required fields aren't completed. I may need to come back to those fields later. Allow me to save the form, but don't allow me to sign the form if the required fields aren't completed.

After reading a client message allow me to mark it as "unread". I may not have time to respond right away and I want to make sure I don't forget.

Change default date range when viewing a client's appointments
Under Clients → Appointments, change the default date range to include more appointments in the future so that it aligns with the client's online scheduling range.

Have the statement include a tear-off return slip that parents can mail back to the clinic with their payment.

Organization document library
Have a centralized place for all the forms my organization uses that don't relate to a client's file. This could include dynamic forms, or documents that we need to upload such as licensing documents or insurance information for the company. It would be nice to keep these documents and forms separate from the client ones so they are easier to find.

Include the client's legal first name on the agenda
Include the client's first name, preferred name, and last name on the agenda. I need to know the client's legal first name as I'm doing insurance checks.

Opt out of chat messages when a user is deactivated
When a staff member is deactivated, a message pops up in our practice chat saying the staff member has left the conversation. Allow me to opt out of having these displayed because they clutter our chat.
