    Allow me to run the service billing report by service date, rather than invoice date, so I can see what I billed on each date.

    Allow me to organize active and archived clients into groups, folders, or with tags. We offer different services and I'd love to be able to pull up a list of clients who receive a certain service.

  3. Don't include write-offs in client transactions total

    It's difficult to identify the actual client payments on statements because write-offs are included in the Client Transactions total. Separate these into different columns, or don't include the write-off amounts in the total because it's difficult for clients and payers to identify what the client actually paid, since they are primarily looking at the total and not the line items.

  8. One line item on invoices for similar services

    If I create an invoice that includes similar services, bundle them onto one line item and display the quantity with the total amount. For example, if the invoice includes two billable phone consults, include both on the same line with the quantity (2) and the total billed amount.

    Add "target completion date" next to goals on progress notes, similar to how it appears on treatment plans, so when payers read my progress notes they know what that date signifies.

  11. Assign staff to case when appointment is scheduled

    Have the staff member automatically assigned to a client's case when the appointment is scheduled so that we don't have to add them manually and so it doesn't create a duplicate case when the staff creates a progress note.

    When creating an event on the calendar and selecting the staff member, I am unable to change the staff after I've saved the event. Allow me to edit the event and change the staff member.

  17. Don't have 15-min appointments take up 30-min blocks on the calendar

    A 15-minute appointment takes up a 30-minute block on the calendar causing appointments to appear to be overlapped. This makes it difficult to read the calendar.

  18. Display more recurring appointments when loading full history

    When viewing a client's appointment history and clicking "Load Full History", only recurring Appointments 60 days into the future will be displayed. Have more appointments be displayed so I can actually see more of their history.

  20. Indicate if intake forms are missing

    Indicate somewhere on the appointment or notify me if a client has or hasn't returned their intake forms so I know who to follow up with before their appointment.
