Under ERAs Received, allow me the option to delete or archive ERAs.

It would be beneficial if Theranest could reject ERA that have previously been downloaded. This would prevent extra work for the billing team while helping to prevent billing errors.

When ERA's are uploaded for invoices previous to the go live date, an archive/unarchive option to clear this information from the clients billing tab.
