Search diagnosis by three letters
Allow me to enter the first three letters of several words in a diagnosis and be able to search that way. Sometimes things are worded as depression, or depressive and it's easier to just be able to search for maj dep dis rec than it is to type out everything in the diagnosis.

Add more than one auth to a client
Allow me to add more than one authorization number for a client. We get separate authorization numbers for each service type we use and I need to be able to link the auth number to the service type for the appropriate invoice.

Display client's first name and last initial when receiving text response notifications
As an admin, when I receive a text message that a client has responded to an appointment reminder it only displays the client's first and last initial. Instead, display the client's full first name and last initial. I work with hundreds of clients at my practice and it's hard to determine who texted me when it's just the initials displayed.

Add tapering instructions to medication in e-prescribe
When using e-prescribe, allow me to add tapering instructions to medication. For example, a client's dose may be 2x/day for 14 days and then move down to 1x/day for X-many days.
