  1. Add notes to claims awaiting submission

    Allow me to add notes to claims that are awaiting submission. I may be working some claims and waiting on things before submitting and I want to notate those claims so they don't get submitted.

  2. Assign supervisor per case

    Allow me to assign a supervisor at the case level instead of the therapist level. A supervisor may not supervise all cases for the same client.

  3. Show if payment was portal payment on client's ledger

    When viewing a client's ledger, show which payments were made by clients on the client portal.

  4. Acknowledge each practice chat message

    If we have a conversation thread in practice chat, each message gets marked (or checked) when I view it, even if I've really only viewed the most recent one and not the prior messages. Have it so we have to acknowledge each message individually so the sender knows if the message has been read or not.

  8. Don't collect copays for certain CPT codes

    There are certain CPT codes we don't collect a copay for (e.g., EAP benefits). Have a way for TheraNest to remind me or prevent me (and my staff) for collecting a copay if the client has an appointment with a specific CPT code.

  9. Display clients as Last Name, First Name in client list

    When viewing the client list, have the clients be listed as (Last Name), (First Name) rather than (First Name) (Last Name) so when I'm sorting by last name it's easier to find the client I'm looking for.

  10. Set when I receive reauthorization reminders

    If I choose an authorization end date, allow me to set how far out I receive the reauthorization reminder. Currently, if I set the authorization end date, I will receive a notification or email 7, 30, and 60 days out from the Authorization expiration, but I may want to receive a notification two weeks out, three months out, etc.

    Allow me to run a report that shows all the pending forms for the clients that are assigned to me so that I don't have to go into each client's chart individually.

  13. Add client availability to prospective clients list

    When adding a client to the prospective clients list, allow me to indicate which days and times they are looking for so I can quickly see who to contact when I have that date/time available.

  14. Add practice name to all email notifications I receive from TheraNest

    We have multiple TheraNest accounts and with some email notifications I receive (e.g. new practice chat messages, support messages) it doesn't specify which of my TheraNest accounts it applies to, so I have to log into each account just to find it.

  15. Don't display fields I haven't filled in on initial assessment

    On the initial assessment, there are certain fields that have a drop-down selection before a text box (i.e., Is Client Appropriate For Agency Services?, Special Needs Of Client, Contract/Safety Plan, Cultural Variables?, and Educational Or Vocational Problems Or Needs). If I choose not to fill these out, then don't include them on the printed document because it looks unprofessional to have a heading for a field that isn't filled out.

  16. Save draft of treatment plan before adding goals

    If I fill out a client's treatment plan and then click to add a goal, none of that information is saved. Since the goal button is right in the document I often forget to click the "save" button. The draft should save automatically when moving to another area of the treatment plan.

  17. Add emails when sharing forms to contact log

    When I share a form with a client and customize the message that they receive in their email, have that message be saved to the client's contact log so I have a record of what I sent them.

  19. Automatically sort staff names alphabetically in calendar staff filter

    By default, have the staff names in the staff filter on the calendar sorted alphabetically by last name unless I change it from my calendar preferences.
