Add another assessment and set alerts/reminders
We are required to complete an assessment after a certain amount of time depending on the payer and/or state regulations. Allow me to set a reminder or an alert for when a client needs to have an assessment completed, and allow me to complete another assessment without having to add addendums to the first assessment.

Allow me the option to include archived service types when running reports. When the active and archived service types are displayed, the list gets long and difficult to sort through.

Keep history of past billing notes in client Bill To & Insurance details
Whenever there is a change in billing we update the billing notes. The current billing notes are small and it would be nice to have a feature similar to the contact log for billing notes, so that we can keep a history and notes aren't being removed.

Filter Agenda & Calendar by appointment status
I wish there was a way you could filter the calendar by status type.
As well as having set up so that each staff members appointments fall in a column order not sporadically in the calendar for ease of use. As this becomes difficult with places with multiple locations.

As an administrator at my organization, allow me to remove signatures from treatment plans so that edits can be made.

In Batch Invoicing when Processing Existing Invoices, allow me to select multiple invoices and delete them so I don't have to go into each client's ledger separately.

Automatically set appointment duration based on service type (Calendar & Client Portal)
When patient (or provider) makes appointment for patient, the calendar slot should auto match in length to the service selected (45 min, 30 min, 60 min). Having an auto time select based on the service length selected saves time and prevents the patient from accidentally or unintentionally over/underbooking the length of time.
Inversely, Clients are able to schedule an hour intake in a 30 min time slot. The portal needs some parameters to prevent this.

Filter by date of service when processing existing invoices
I use the “Process Existing Invoices” feature to add a bulk amount of invoices to Claims Awaiting Submission and this feature doesn’t have same level of filtering available as the claims view. I think being able to filter by date of service would be a super helpful filtering option because it would group together all of those invoices that were canceled, rescheduled, etc.

Create report that shows credit card expirations
It would be really helpful to have a report that can be pulled showing cards that are expired or reaching expiration date so we know to contact the patient for new CC and can remove the old one.

Our schedulers/reception team is responsible for creating appointments for providers. Allow them the ability to create appointments after hours.

Add field for Remaining Out of Pocket Max
Under a client's Bill To & Insurance information, allow me to notate the remaining amount for the client's Out of Pocket Max, similar to how I can notate the remaining Deductible.

Deposit payments received through TheraNest weekly
An option to have weekly deposits of payments to bank account instead of randomly when payments come in, to help manage transfers better.

Display client's first name and last name in separate columns on reports
Have the client's first name and last name appear in separate columns in reports. I export to Excel and having it in separate columns saves me a step of parsing that data.

Payroll Report that is visible only to individual staff
I would like to allow my staff members to see their payroll information in the Payroll report, but block them from seeing other staff members' payroll information.

Don't create a new case when navigating to notes
If I navigate to a client's notes and there isn't an open case, don't create a new one. I may only be looking at the notes to review notes from a closed case and I don't need a new case created.
