Allow admins to remove signatures from treatment plans
As an administrator at my organization, allow me to remove signatures from treatment plans so that edits can be made.

I wish there was a way we can un-sign notes at admin level. Like we can with progress notes, but with all tabs.

It would be helpful to be able to delete treatment plans that are in error or duplicated after signature. Or to be able to remove the signatures from treatment plans to edit.
