Show All Client Info in Calendar View (no ...)
on calendar, allow for all of the clients saved information like first name, middle, and last name along with the service type to be visible from calendar view. this helps when appointments are set to color change the service type as it makes it easy to see what color they are. sometimes if the name is too long, it prevents the service type from showing!

Assign forms to certain employees
Allow me to assign forms to certain employees or staff types. I don't want every therapist to see all the custom forms and I want our front office staff access to certain administrative forms.

Assign rooms to unconfirmed appointments
Currently, when a client schedules online through the client portal, it will not reserve a room (only the building). Since I'm in a shared office location, it would be helpful when I view my "Unconfirmed Appointments" that I could also assign a room manually from that screen.

Block Time by Service Type
It would be convenient if we could block of particular days for certain service types. This should be synced to the client portal so that only that particular service is able to be booked on it's set day.

Edit CMS 1500 form
Allow me to edit and save changes to the CSM 1500 claim forms. Some payers require certain options to be highlighted on the form in order for it to be processed. The only way to do this is to manually edit the claim after it's been denied and resubmit.

Add ability to reactivate inactive insurance
Currently, once insurance is marked as inactive it cannot be made active again (without creating new and re-entering). Please make it so you can change the status back to active again.

It would be nice to have more granular control over what details are included in Batch Statements, similar to the "customize grid" feature when generating Statements from the client's ledger.

use icon instead of popup to alert support responses
It would be helpful if the support responses in the "Get Help" chat did not popup on your screen. This is a workflow interruption especially during telehealth sessions. Depending upon the length of the response, the alert popup cannot always be closed out unless the session is ended. A badge or icon would seem useful and less disruptive.

More Note Details
The ' note detail' section in the case note should have the name of the template/document that was completed. This would help us view the appropriate note type that was completed.
For example if staff completed the initial assessment the ' note detail' would indicate initial assessment was completed.1 vote -
Professional external view of appointment availability
I work with many other professionals who are need of scheduling time with me for appointments. Sometimes they contact after hours. Is there a way to provide external professionals a glimpse of my calendar to allow easier collaboration of appointments?

Make appointment notes more obvious
Have an icon or an alert show in the calendar view if we have a note on an appointment. I know a preview of the note is displayed on the appointment block, but those can be easily overlooked given how much other information appears on the appointment block.

Add ability to mark a client as deceased
Can you add a place, like in client detail (somewhere quick and easy where it can be seen by all permissions) where it could be marked to show client has deceased? That way we don't have various staff calling and trying to schedule/reschedule an appt or billing calling about questions, etc. All can see client deceased and what date and then handle appropriately. We are not archiving a client until all balances are zero'd, so this has been an issue. Even if I mark case closed, people don't know client has deceased.

Add Preset Date Filters to Reports
On the detailed attendance report, can you add the following to the date range drop downs?
This Week
Last Week
This Month
Last Month
This Year
Last Year

Add addendum to contact log
Allow me to add an addendum to a contact log in case I forget to include information after signing it.

Add option for "last X of the month" for repeat appointments
When scheduling a repeat appointment, allow me to schedule appointments for the last X day of the month (e.g., every last Monday of the month). Sometimes the last Monday may be week 4 or week 5, so the numerical values don't work.

Assign backup clinician for emergencies
Allow me to assign another clinician for emergency situations so if a clinician is out of town, the backup clinician for that client is assigned only for the duration of their absence.
