  1. Have private description of Service Types

    For each Service Type, it'd be helpful to have an area where I can enter a description that only I can see. Then, rather than having to do a google search or look through my files every time I need a refresher on the details about billing codes, I can simply check the Theranest description.

    For instance, I'd like to be able to list the circumstances that warrant Interactive Complexity, and note how many times the extended session add-ons (99354, 99355) can be used and in combination w/ which other billing codes.

  4. Specify Balance Responsibility on Invoice Aging Report

    When printing an invoice aging report would like to be able to specify balances by insurance or self balances, and specify Unarchived or Archived or both.

  5. Allow therapists to manage client notification settings for each client

    As a therapist, allow me to manage which email notifications my clients receive. Right now this can only be managed from the Organization tab (under Client Portal) and I want to specify which of my clients receive which notifications.

  7. drag multiple lines in custom forms at one time

    While creating a custom form I wanted to move around some sections but was unable to drag full sections around at one time. It would be great if I could move multiple items/lines in a form at once and place them elsewhere in the form.

    As a therapist, allow me to set whether clients can self-schedule with me on the client portal. I'm responsible for setting and creating my schedule, not the administrators at my practice.

  11. Notify me when someone has viewed my case

    Allow me to receive a notification if someone views a case that is assigned to me. Sometimes I notice things get changed and I'd like to know who to follow up with about those changes.

  12. Make "client" or "insurance" selection more obvious when accepting payment

    When accepting a payment from the client's ledger, make the selection of client payment or insurance payment more obvious. It's easy to miss and I sometimes end up charging the client because that's the default.

  14. Add automatic signature line and ability to highlight and copy text from messages in secure inbox

    It is very difficult to write messages in the secure inbox to clients with the editable feature and then the view feature. It would be helpful to have features like an automatic email signature like in Gmail. It is also frustrating that when I go back to my message, after sending it, I cannot highlight to copy the text to send in another message or use in my notes.

  15. Add Reason Code for Claim Denial due to Insurance

    Please add a reason code PR___ (maybe PR27?) for claim denial when "services performed after insured's contract expired" so we know the claim was denied due to no insurance. This way we can contact the client right away.

  16. Client portal help

    On the client portal registration page where the "i" appears in the upper right hand corner could the word "Help" or "Client Portal Help" be added or moved closer to the center of screen? This would help alert clients of the feature.

  17. Show line breaks in custom forms

    The text fields in custom forms do not recognize line breaks. This means that the text is in one big paragraph. It looks very unprofessional, and I cannot use it for reports. When I enter the information and click enter, it appears as though there will be a line break but none shows up on the pdf form. Please add the line breaks to the pdf view of custom forms.

  18. Paid Status -insurance vs cash/credit

    I think it would be great if the ledger under paid would differentiate between what insurance paid and what the client paid in cash/credit instead of just the amount paid, if that makes sense. Sometimes it's hard to tell what the client paid themselves vs what insurance paid for a particular session.
    I hope this makes sense, if not please let me know how I can clarify because this would really help me out, and I'm sure others, to have this feature. Thanks!

  19. Wiley Treatment Planner- be able to save as you go

    When creating a Wiley Treatment plan it should save as you go to create a draft, rather than having to start all over if in the middle of a tx plan. I often create a treatment plan over a few sessions and it would be helpful to be able to go through and edit it before it is finalized. Right now, you have to edit and finalize the treatment plan all in one, if you get to the third page and get interrupted or feel like you need more info before you can complete it, you lose everything you have…

  20. Missing Appointments Report

    We need the ability to be able to run a report of all progress notes that have been input to Theranest that do not have an appointment associated with them. Basically, a Missing Appointments report (the opposite of the Missing Notes report.)
