When viewing the calendar for a specific day and clicking the "New Appointment" button, have the appointment appear for the day I am viewing rather than defaulting to the current (today's) date.

When I apply a payment, change the defaults that appear so that I don't have to change them every time. For example, make the default "insurance" rather than "client" and leave the amount fields blank.

Statement for Family Group
It would be incredibly helpful to be able to send a statement for a family group. For example: We have a families whose members are all in individual counseling at our office. Rather than sending an individual statement for each child and parent, it would be helpful to be able to send a statement/superbill for all of the family's sessions together as juggling so many different accounts gets confusing.

Instant or Live Chat with Clients
I do believe that adding live-real time chat to the platform is beneficial. I have had many of my teens ask for this feature. I tried to vote on the other comments; however, I am not able to. The text message works; however, you will have to refresh the page as well as check every client to see if a text have come through because there are no notification alerts.

Handwriting to text for tablets
I use my Apple Tablet to write notes with the draw-to-text tool. It would be great if we could use the handwriting to text tool directly in the app.

Edit treatment plans after they've been signed
Treatment plans should be editable once signed. For example, once a treatment plan is signed and I noticed an error I cannot go back in edit the document. Instead I have to create an entirely new treatment plan which is time consuming and unwarranted.

Auto-format fields (dates, State, phone number etc.)
It would be great if there was uniformity in format for all the date fields to preopulate the slashes. Like the eligiblity date on the insurance screen requires slashes but you should be able to just enter MMDDYYYY like so many other screens.

Assign staff to case when appointment is scheduled
Have the staff member automatically assigned to a client's case when the appointment is scheduled so that we don't have to add them manually and so it doesn't create a duplicate case when the staff creates a progress note.

Show created date when viewing initial assessment
When viewing a client's initial assessment, allow me to see the date the document was created so I don't have to go into print mode just to view this information.
