Add more modalities in the treatment plan
When filling out a patient's treatment plan, allow me to add additional check boxes under "Treatment Modality".

add check boxes that support this and so you can check which were used at each session, ie. cbt, act, problem solving
also add a way to check with goal you are addressing that day
also tx plan expiration dates

Need the interventions to have more than Individual, Family, and Marital. Need to list group, psychiatric treatment, psychological testing. Also need to have a space that indicates the frequency of the intervention (Such as 1x a week, or 1x a month).
