Update insurance for future date
Allow me or my clients to update their insurance information with a future start date and then have that insurance kick in on that effective date. This would be very helpful for clients who are changing plans for the New Year.

Is there a way to add a client portal form that would update the insurance information into the clients file automatically when the client fills out the form with their insurance information, including a plan start date?
