Add Medicaid ID field to client's insurance
When adding a payer for a client create a new field to enter the Medicaid ID or Medicare MBI number as this is a different number outside of the Plan ID or Group ID.

For clients that have an MCO or a Medicare Advantage Plan, include a field on the insurance tab to enter the Medicaid ID or the Medicare MBI number.
