When I'm writing a group note, have TheraNest auto-save it every so often. I write long group notes and sometimes I've lost my work when I accidentally hit a wrong button.

Offer and support a mobile application
Continue supporting the mobile application because I like the convenience of it when I'm not near a computer and a mobile app is easier than using a browser.

If I don't use TheraNest's integrated telehealth system, allow me to still mark or identify an appointment as telehealth so I can report on these appointments.

When I download a billing report to a CSV or PDF, allow me the option to remove the totals that appear at the top of the report.

Keep client selection when creating progress notes in a group case
When I create a progress note for a group member in a group case and return to the main progress notes screen, the group member that I previously selected reverts to a different one. Keep my original selection so I don't have to change it every time.

Create refunds for non-credit card payments
Allow me to mark a cash, check, etc. payment as refunded in TheraNest rather than just applying a credit to a client's ledger.

Filter by one or more appointment statuses under batch invoicing
Allow me to show/hide invoices that are linked to no-shows, rescheduled, and canceled appointments when using the batch invoicing feature. I may want to hide them all or only hide cancellations.

Ignore date range when running the closed cases report
Allow me to run a report that displays the closing disposition for all my closed cases. Right now I have to enter a date range and I want to see all cases without having to remember the date I need to enter.

Do not auto-assign newly assigned staff to all open cases
When a new staff member is assigned to a client, do not automatically assign them to all open individual cases. There may be some cases where the newly assigned staff doesn't need access.

Check claim for telehealth modifier
When I submit a claim for a telehealth session, have the claim scrub return an error if a modifier is not attached so I can correct it.

Send confirmation to client if they confirm or cancel through a text reminder
If a client receives a text reminder and they confirm or cancel through the reminder, send them a confirmation that they have confirmed or canceled their appointment because sometimes they cancel and then show up to their appointment.

Provide more plan information when running eligibility checks
When running eligibility checks, the returned information should provide more information about the client's plan such as the deductible amount, copay, etc.
