  5. Prompt me to change the service type when canceling an appointment

    When I change an appointment to canceled or no-show, prompt me to change the service type so I can remove the current service type and add the cancel/no-show fee service type.

  7. Edit appointment status after invoice creation

    Allow me to edit the appointment status of an invoice without having to delete the invoice. We invoice all of our clients first thing in the morning and then need to be able to change the status of appointments as needed.

  8. Email Google Calendar invite to clients when scheduling appointments

    Clients have asked for an email invitation, or a calendar invitation similar to what iCal or Google Calendar can do. If TheraNest had a email invitation link that would sync with clients' iCal or Google Calendar (those seem to be primary) then we as practitioners could stay linked with what we already use while offer clients a way to see those appointments on the software they like.

  9. Modify multi-staff appointments for all members

    After creating a multi-staff appointment or event, a block gets created on every member's calendar. If I want to delete the event, I have to delete each one individually, but I may want to edit, or delete the event for all group members.

    As a therapist, allow me to set whether clients can self-schedule with me on the client portal. I'm responsible for setting and creating my schedule, not the administrators at my practice.

  11. Display client's self pay amount in Calendar and Agenda

    When a client has insurance, the amount of the copay shows up on the calendar next to the client's appointment. This is helpful, so the therapist can see what is owed. However, if the client is self-pay, the fixed sliding scale rate does not show up on the calendar!

  12. Automatically assign appointments to staff assigned to client

    When I make an appointment, automatically assign the therapist that's assigned to the client instead of assigning the staff member that is creating the appointment.

    Allow me a quick way to find open timeslots for appointments. When scheduling new patients it can be difficult to find the next available appointment time because of the number of providers we have.

  16. Room Number Syncing To Google Calendar

    Our practice has been using “location” to specify which room, since we have only one address (it’s a building and suite number). Now that you offer a drop down for room # we can change the location function to the address and specify the rom # under “room.” However, when you sync the calendar with Google calendars the room number does not appear on the google calendar.

  18. Distinguish between billed and paid appointments when viewing the calendar

    When viewing a client's appointment on the calendar, allow me to easily identify if the session has been invoiced and if the invoice has been paid.

  19. Select which staff can view my calendar

    Allow me to choose which staff members can view another staff member's calendar. For example, a supervisor may need to view only their supervisees' calendars but not anyone else's.
