    We use the "notes" field in the appointment details screen to leave messages for the admin or therapists about what payment to collect at the time of the client's appt. It would be helpful to have the appointment detail notes visible on the agenda

  4. Visually differentiate between individual appointments, group appointments and non-client events in the Calendar

    I need a way to easily see at a glance what kind of appointment or event I have on my calendar, whether it's for an individual, a group, or a non-client event like an office meeting.

  6. Bring back "no end date" option when creating recurring appointments.

    The option to have no end date for recurring appointments was recently removed. This was a very helpful feature and I would really like to have it back. Just because some users did not like the feature, does not mean the option should be removed for everyone. They have the choice to click the other options. This option was very helpful for setting up clients on a regular schedule.

  8. Display insurance name and ID on client contact card on Agenda

    Our providers often use unique billing codes based on insurance type. This means a provider often has to navigate to the client details screen and then the “Insurance Info” section to view this. It would be so much easier (and fewer clicks) if this could be displayed alongside the client’s name on the agenda screen.

    I’d love to see an option that has clients appt’s listed as “pending” and “in lobby” in addition to the already existing options of kept, cancelled, etc.

    Allow me to embed a calendar or calendar link on my organization's website so prospective clients can schedule a consult or initial appointment with me without having to use the client portal.

  17. Change service type selection when scheduling appointment via client portal

    When a client schedules an appointment through the client portal, they have to select a service type. Most of our clients don't understand what the service types mean. Also, there could be a lot of service types to choose from since this is set at the therapist level. Change how this works in the client portal to make it easier for our clients to schedule appointments.

  18. Add ability to duplicate existing appointment and appointment details

    It would be helpful to be able to copy a calendar appointment and maybe drag it to another date and time on the calendar, without having to input all the information again.

  19. Remember calendar & agenda filters

    When I'm viewing the calendar or agenda, have TheraNest remember the filters I used so that if I navigate somewhere else and come back I don't have to reapply those filters again.

  20. Buffer Option Between Appointments

    Buffer Option Between Appointments
    - Allowing Therapist to set desired buffer between appointments automatically: if a Ct schedules a 1-2 p appt. and there is an automatic 15 minute buffer, then the calendar blocks out 15 minutes before and after this session.
