Prompt me to change the service type when canceling an appointment
When I change an appointment to canceled or no-show, prompt me to change the service type so I can remove the current service type and add the cancel/no-show fee service type.

Thank you for your interest in adding this functionality to TheraNest! We have added the ability to add a fee for Canceled, Late Cancel, and No Show appointments and it will be released to all customers in the coming months.
Thank you for being TheraNest Customer!

There are non CPT codes we use that are fully the patient's responsibility. (Late Charge - No Show fees for example). There should be a way to select that the code is the patient's full responsibility and applies in full to the patient, not applying a copay, or no fee at all for those with no copays.

We bill our clients 24hrs in advance, it would be great to be able to edit the status of an appointment to late cancel or no show without having to delete the payment and invoice. This causes us to have to re-issue an invoice and re-apply the payment as we have a 24hr cancellation policy.

Add a way to automatically zero out all invoices for rescheduled and cancelled appointments instead of having to individually zero them out by creating the invoice.

Our practice does not charge the full session fee for late cancellations, which means every invoice, I have to edit the fee on any late cancelled appointments. If we could just change the amount charged at the organizational level, it would eliminate the potential for human error.

when an appointment is cancelled, it should immediately change the service code or an option to change the code should pop us

I would love to see those appointment status bubbles from the ledger, but you can see them once you click into the invoice which is helpful!

When you mark an appointment as a no show, in the ledger it still appears as the original CPT code with the original price of the session. You can't tell that it is a no show - unless you remember that you manually changed the fee. It would be helpful if it was identified as a no show on the ledger - maybe by adding the "NS" bubble I've seen on other pages for no shows, or by removing the old CPT code and replacing it with "no show", etc.
