  2. Set when I receive reauthorization reminders

    If I choose an authorization end date, allow me to set how far out I receive the reauthorization reminder. Currently, if I set the authorization end date, I will receive a notification or email 7, 30, and 60 days out from the Authorization expiration, but I may want to receive a notification two weeks out, three months out, etc.

    Allow me to link place of service codes with service types so when I select that service type when creating an appointment the location code is automatically updated.

  5. Restrict staff from editing the service type filter on the calendar

    Allow me to restrict staff members from editing the service type filter on the calendar. We have staff members that are hiding some service types which then leads to double booking or missing appointments.

  6. Add taxonomy codes at the staff level

    Allow me to enter each staff member's taxonomy code on their profile and have it carry over to payers so I don't have to add it for each payer separately.

  7. Display special characters/other languages on intake forms

    We serve a lot of clients who are speaking different languages, however, after they submit an intake form using their language the forms we received are garbled and don't come back with their language's characters.

  11. Change client pronouns in activity log

    When a client makes a change on their client portal, the activity log entries default to the male pronouns. Have the pronouns default to the pronouns the client identifies with.

    Have more subscription options between the 50 and 80 users mark. It's a big jump in the number of users and the price and we need something in-between.

  17. Change suicide verbiage on informed consent intake form

    Change the verbiage about suicide on the Informed Consent intake form. "Committed suicide" should be replaced with something like "died by suicide" or "completed suicide".
