Currently, there are two client portal settings to allow clients to schedule an appointment, and another setting to allow clients to cancel or reschedule an appointment within 24 hours, but I'd like to adjust the time to 48 or 72 hours.

Training library for staff based on permission level
Have a centralized library of training articles and videos that are geared toward specific staff permission levels. For example, if the staff member has the therapist permission then in the articles and library don't show features/tabs they wouldn't have access to because it can be confusing for them.

Filter manage clients list in client portal settings
When managing the list of clients under the client portal settings in the Organization tab, allow me to filter the list so I can see everyone who doesn't have an invite or anyone who has sent forms that haven't been completed.
