Allow clients to upload files to the Client Portal
Allow clients the ability to upload files into the Client Portal, such as copies of insurance cards. It would be great if the files they uploaded displayed in the client's General Documents section in TheraNest.

Absolutely a feature that should be included.

Could there possible be a way to add a check list for the client portal? As in " You have uploaded your ID, You have uploaded your Insurance Card." This will help with telehealth clients. It was be a double bonus if there is an option for the portal to not be active until these items have been uploaded.

It feels like a small change that can add great value to the software for our office and many others it seems. We are primarily virtual and the main barrier to intake completion for us has been the difficulty that we have gathering documents. This simple feature alone would no doubt also help to increase our number of clients as well.

It would be helpful if in Billing/ Insurance information tab client was required to provide photo of front and back of insurance cards, as this is needed to bill insurance accurately.

Add the ability for clients to include photos of their insurance cards in/with the intake forms packet and/or upload these photos directly to their general documents in their account.
This is often needed for benefits verification and contacting the company for claims issues. Currently there is no way for clients to share this with us within the client portal and it must be collected outside of the portal via email.

Hello! It would be very beneficial for clients to have the ability to upload their proof of ID, as well as their insurance card, upon filling out the intake paperwork, as this is an ethical practice to have in those of us in private practices. I recently took an updated ethics course, and this is something that may fall within requirements for individuals in private practice to have in their patient files. Having this through theranest would allow it to be more convenient, and organized!

This would be amazing. It could be added as a feature when creating dynamic forms to allow clients to upload their IDs and insurance.

It would be great if it could be embedded into an intake form there could be a required form to scan drivers license and insurance cards right into the intake.

offer the option for clients to upload documents to their portal on their end. This would be helpful for a number of things (id card, insurance card, therapy journaling content, etc.) where the client needs to send me something confidentially. Otherwise, I am left to email (not confidential).

I think that adding some type of option or form to get photos or files uploaded would be immensely helpful in the intake process.

I'd like clients to be able to attach a file in the intake form portion in order to reduce the number of steps a client needs to take in order to get started. We need a copy of ID and health insurance and it would be so much more easily integrated if this were to take place.

It would be great if there was an option for a secure drop box where clients can upload previous evaluations/reports when they complete intake paperwork.

It would be super helpful if we could create an intake form that has a section that allows for picture/documentation upload for the client.
We need to collect a copy of their drivers license and health insurance for their chart, but it is so many extra steps if they need to send it through secure messaging.
Because I already have them create a portal, sign the intake paperwork from that email, and then I send another email to have them input billing info for insurance through Headway and then have to ask them to secure message photo of their id and health insurance. It's just so many extra steps. It would be much more fluid and integrative if in the intake paperwork they could just press "attach a file" and put their ID in on a section and press that again for their health insurance card.

Hello,
I was wondering is there a way when the clients are completing paperwork that they can upload picture of their insurance and license front and back? This will help make it easier for clients especially ones who don't feel comfortable emailing that information.

It would be useful to have a form where clients can take a picture of their ID and insurance card or upload it directly into the initial paperwork.

Allow the client to upload their identification when completing the intake forms. This would be very useful when all services are done through telehealth.

When a client sends copies of their insurance cards via the portal, have those pictures be directly uploaded into the client "general documents" so we don't have to download them to our pc, upload to theranest and then delete on pc.
