    Currently, the clients preferred name is not displayed when sending messages to the client. The sender still see the clients given name.

    It feels like a small change that can add great value to the software for our office and many others it seems. We are primarily virtual and the main barrier to intake completion for us has been the difficulty that we have gathering documents. This simple feature alone would no doubt also help to increase our number of clients as well.
