    Allowing the client to upload their insurance card and state ID into their account, whether its their first appointment or an update.

    This would be a great benefit with sharing skills with clients. I use many programs with clients that I currently can't share because there is no sound.

    This would be incredibly helpful for many reasons. But it also allow resources such as support line numbers to also be shared if its needed and you are not in the office.
