    It would be great of the system would automatically reject claims that are being submitted if the service type doesn't have a modifier and the POS is "telehealth". Or, if the POS is "office" and the service type does have a telehealth modifier.

    After unarchiving a client, give me to the option of going straight to the client's record rather than making me switch to searching active clients and then selecting the client.

    Clients can go onto the portal at any time and delete their credit card. I would like to be notified if that happens so that I can follow-up with them to obtain another card before their next appointment. Also, if they add a new card, I would like to be notified so that I can contact them for the CVV code.

    When I am processing payments, sometimes I need to see all of the card info particularly the field where you can enter a description. If the field was wider, I wouldn't have to click on the card to display the entire field.

    Allow the self-scheduling feature to be used for group appointments. Another user also requested this and it appeared as an option for me to review. But, it has a comment that it's "existing functionality". Sheena sent me a reply to my question on 11/9 that this feature is NOT available for groups.

    When creating invoices, create ability to include or not include rescheduled, cancelled OR no-show sessions ; a separate check box for each.
