An error occurred while saving the comment Admin Assistant commentedAdd the ability for clients to include photos of their insurance cards in/with the intake forms packet and/or upload these photos directly to their general documents in their account.
This is often needed for benefits verification and contacting the company for claims issues. Currently there is no way for clients to share this with us within the client portal and it must be collected outside of the portal via email.
