The task list is great but I would like a to do list of the tasks that I need to do like TherapyNotes has. For example, notes that need to be completed on the patients, billing, invoicing, claims that need to be submitted etc.

You have an icon for the prescriber but not for the admin. Please give the admin the same access using an icon at the top so that we can quickly assist the prescriber and not hunt around for the link

I would like to see it in the tab under the client detail page please. This is VERY important as I do not want my front desk staff going through the cases tab to have to document on a client.

I need custom questions added to the clients detail page. I would like to see the administration have the ability to add our own questions.
I would like to add the following questions for our practice.
1) Are you currently in danger of physical or domestic violence?
2) Are you feeling homicidal?
3) Are you feeling suicidal?

Right now when I consolidate my checking account with the ERA and paid claims I have to add all the check amounts under different patients to get the total in my bank account.
For ex. If Anthem pays me $500 and that covers 5 patients I have to find the check number and add the patient's payments together to reconcile that amount in my bank statement.
I want to view the total check amount then click on the amount and post it to the individual patient's account.
