An error occurred while saving the comment Can you please take insurance over payments and add a category of insurance overage instead of displaying it as a client credit.
For example, If the client has a $25 credit and inusrnace has paid $150 over both totals are under client credit and the client, staff and others think this is the credit they have to spend towads copay. Needs to be client credit $25 Insurance Overage $150 -

An error occurred while saving the comment I would like the ability to see the ERAs by the payers and their check total and not the patient name. For example, if BCBS pays $500 you can see the payer BCBS but click on post payments to see who you were paid for instead of per patient and adding all the payments together to see the deposited check total. I have attached an example.

I need a default template that I can fill out that shows up on the patient's statements. This should be an added area from the statement footnote to be able to conserve that footnote space but to be able to invoice all patients with company wide communications and policies that are uniform.
