An error occurred while saving the comment Netti commentedWe have a sliding fee schedule & a scholarship program, not to mention different CTP codes & agencies that each have their own service types. So allowing clients to choose their own service type when scheduling sounds like a billing nightmare and it is the reason why we do not use the client portal. We would like for clients to not be able to select a service type when scheduling but instead for their default service type to auto populate for them. If they are new clients, we would like appointments to be scheduled without any service type.

It'd be awesome if you could generate a new client when scheduling. For example: If I am in the Calendar and schedule an appointment with a client who does not currently have an account, a new client account for that name was automatically generated instead of having to add a new client and then schedule them.
