    I have several forms that I have created that I want to be able to upload straight to the dynamic form page. It takes way to long to create a form when I already have my own. There should be a way to upload a document that all clinicians can use. For example- a collateral agreement form or a role change consent form
    I know this was decline in 2022 because of technology but that should be updated by now.
