    It would be so helpful for Office Staff and Managers to be able to approve or deny client portal appointment requests for the therapists. In our practice, the front office does most of the scheduling so it would make the most sense for us to be able to monitor the appt requests as well.

    It would be helpful to avoid double booking by allowing Therapists to not allow duplicate Client events in one spot, therefore still allowing non client events to be scheduled. This would allow office scheduling and other needed events to be scheduled in the same spot as a client spot, but not allow for the double booking of clients.
