Specify what notifications I receive in TheraNest
I want to choose whether I get notifications about certain things in TheraNest and how those notifications are sent. For certain things, an in-app alert is enough, but for other things I might want to be alerted in several ways (like text, email and in-app).

While almost all notifications can be enabled/disabled in profile preferences, notifications to supervisors and supervisees noting that the other has signed a note (or diagnosis or treatment plan) are not customizeable. Receiving both an alert and an email for each instance is overwhelming. Would love to see this customizeable.

It would be wonderful if we could parse out the email + in-software notification preferences. A couple that come to mind which might want to have separate settings, but currently they are lumped together as one setting:
-emails/alerts for progress notes that are ready for supervisor signature
-changes to a staff's schedule -

Our practice needs a way to disable appt notifications ONLY for the Client Portal. We cannot disable email to clients because then we cannot email invoices, statements and charge card receipts.
