An error occurred while saving the comment The ability to auto populate medication start and end dates depending on when the medication is entered. Automatic updates with re-prescribing refills so that each med profile does not need to be entered each time to update this.
An error occurred while saving the comment Automated population of start and end date based upon the date, time, and quantity of the most recent order prescribed. It's a hassle to enter this each time.

This feature would save time on documenting, by allowing user to copy over the information from their most recently saved note to their current note prior to making edits. Current settings only allow users to copy the very last note saved regardless of who the author was. It would also help to have the ability to see each author's name with their note on the main page of the progress notes page.
