We share office space between 9 providers. It would be nice if we could see the availability of the individuals rooms right on our schedules and be able to assign providers to each room instead of having to do it by each appointment.

As a testing psychologist, I need to be able to add an attachment to a note so I can upload the testing data chart in a pdf and have it attached to the note. This will allow me to do my testing report in TN. Right now, I have to do it in Word because TN does not have this feature. This would be nice to be able to attach a pdf to your note so when it prints, it has the note and the attachment!

It would be nice if there was a template with check off boxes for psychological and neuropsychological testing reports with open boxes for writing summary and diagnosis. This is something that other EHR's have such as TherapyNotes and it would be great to have here. Too time consuming to try to create myself as I have tired!

If someone does not have a portal account or does not want to pay via the payment link sent via text, they should be able to log in just to a payment portal. Just like you have links for scheduling appointments without having to sign up for the portal that we have add to our own personal website, it would be nice to have a payment option as well where they can enter their invoice number and amount due and pay. This is a feature that most doctors offices have.

It would be nice to have a mobile app for clinicians and patients. No, it is not available on Apple products so I am unaware if you only have it available to Android in certain "regions." It probably would resolve so many issues people have with telehealth and making payments!

We used to see a light grey area for times outside our providers' preferences. Now there is nothing and our scheduler is having a hard time seeing availability. The time providers are not available should be greyed out so it can be seen.

the contact log should be placed under the client details and be accessible for all staff as well as provider. We need to be able to quickly access the log to document phone calls, emails, texts, letters, sent to the patients by all staff.

When a payment is made by the patient for their copayment, etc, on an invoice for a current session, this should display on the agenda so we know it was paid without having to go into their chart to look!

Appointments that are not kept (no-show, cancelled, rescheduled) should disappear or grey out on the calendar so we can easily reschedule in that spot.

Client portal scheduling link should be provider specific instead of having a drop down menu to select from a list of providers. Admins should be able to see all links for each provider and use them on websites. Dropdown menus are causing patients to schedule with the wrong provider who does not take their insurance.
