We do psychology, testing, and OT in our office and each has their own HIPAA and informed consent forms, so they must be signed before a client can come in. We do not send default forms because then the clients would get two packets 100% of the time as I could never have all the forms checked. Having this be a 2 step process is just miserable. We definitely need a feature where we can queue the forms up so they send when they accept the portal invite!

We need to be able to see a log from within TheraNest to track that they client received the 1-time payment link in either the contact log or in the activity log

Allow me to preview Intake Forms from how the client will see them on the client portal.

In the form tab within the case the notes show up as a running list as they are completed (for case forms that can be completed multiple times per client). It would be great to include details or a summary from the note on the list so that the staff does not have to click into the note to see details; right now it just shows the date and time of the note

Add some space for personalizing the Appointment Request page for instructions, example: Please note we only allow for scheduling on the hour.
