The native initial assessment lacks a lot of fundamental information fields relevant to psychotherapy and state compliance. Please make them customizable or add important fields like substance use and addiction history/factors, physical/medical history/health, identities, trauma history, sex/relationship history/factors, MSE, etc. and probably a miscellaneous field too. Your assessment does not meet minimum state guidelines for compliance.

When a client has multiple cases with multiple providers, only the initial intake date shows up on all assessments. We need to be able to have multiple intake dates showing on the assessments for each different case. This is presently not possible and presents a big issue with regard to intakes and assessments for multiple separate services. This is very problematic for audits. Please fix it.

Agreed that forms look super unprofessional and should have easy ways to include extra lines without having to create a whole new element on the form, as well as easy formatting options for font styles. It's kind of embarrassing how bad the forms look.

When batches of invoices have been created in error, there is no way to quickly delete them all as a batch. We have to go into every client's ledger and do it one-by-one. With our batches being often in the hundreds, this is such an inefficient and time-consuming approach to doing something that could be done with a couple of clicks. Please fix this or let me know if there's some way of doing it I can't see.

Please add "Gambling" and "Other Health and Safety Risks (describe below)" check boxes to the "Risk" section of the assessment. State compliance requires assessment of these things and without a customizable assessment, there's no where to put that information to be in-compliance.
