    It would be helpful to have a bulk option when sharing new intake forms with existing clients rather than having to do it one by one

    It would be helpful for payments collected under the wrong client profile to be able to transfer those payments rather than having to refund them and then recollect them.

    is there a way to filter it for me on my end? I have a zillion service codes to scroll through (and my admin has cleaned it up to be as organized as possible) which makes it hard and prone to error

    i have a number of providers who are in training and I am trying to assign their supervisors. i have to go one by one to each patient in order to do that this is incurability cumbersome.

    It would be helpful to assign them to all areas especially when the trainees have to bill under their supervisor

    Would be helpful for users to be able to track payments that were applied > Unapplied > reapplied again to ensure double payments aren't made to staff. Thanks!

    Is there a way to remove the ability for non-admin staff to archive clients? It would be helpful to limit that ability to specific staff

    Our tabs at the top of the Client Details page and the top of the Notes page are getting numerous. We have had to replace old dynamic forms with new dynamic forms and we are able to deactivate old forms, but the tabs stay at the top of the pages forever.

    They become italicized, but I would like to be able to archive forms and have them still be accessible through possibly the dynamic forms tab, but not have the actual tabs on the page. They are cluttering the pages and making it difficult to find active forms.

    How do I make an appointment that does NOT require a note. I used a non cpt code but it is still requiring a note.

    Why does the link only last for two hours despite be scheduling the assessment for three hours on the calendar? I conduct assessments for the court and it is very difficult when the assessment ends in the middle

    Also the warning of 9 mintues needs to stay up because many times I am looking down writing and it leaves too quickly and then the session ends abruptly

    Hi! I would really like to be able to customize the client statement to remove PHI. Most of our clients pay through their client portal, but a few prefer to receive a statement in the mail. It definitely makes me nervous mailing them a statement with their birthdate and other protected information.

    It would be helpful to have the scales of the PHQ-9 and the GAD-7 at the bottom of each clients initial assessment.

    As of now, all staff has permission to upload and delete files. As an administrator, our office would like to ensure staff does not have the ability to delete whether intentionally or unintentionally documents from The general documents tab and clinical documents tab. It also would be advisable to allow permissions to be changed to allow office administration staff to have access to edit clients but NOT delete them. There is always a possibility of a disgruntled staff member deleting all clients and files.

    The ability to restrict staff from hiding service types under calendar filters. Similar to "Can only view own calendar" under therapist permissions, can edit service types filter would be awesome!
