    When we are posting payments it would be nice to indicate what Insurance company we are receiving the payment from in the list instead of having to write it in the comments. That would be nice on the Statement to have what Ins. company the payment was from. Also it would be nice to be able to record the Check number for any client payments and have that print on the statement.

    I have found it difficult to learn how to get around in TheraNest for the Cases and Progess Notes. My suggestion would be to have better instructions on how to get around for the Progress Notes and help us understand what cases are and how they should be used or examples of how a client would set their cases up. We are only using one case per client unless they are also in a group session as well as Individual session. This way it would be easier to find the Progress Notes for all individual sessions and group sessions. Having a one-click access from the calendar appointment to the progress note might not work in this situation unless programmed correctly.

    I believe you can do this within a group--have group notes and then under the clients in that group you can enter notes for each member of the group.
