If I have a new referral source, I have to go in and create them as a referral source then go back to the client's info to add it. Just let me free text the referral source.

The services are entered and stay in whatever order they were entered in. But as I've developed my practice and readjusted different service types, I have service types at the top of the list that are not the most used types. It would make it a lot more efficient to be able to rearrange the order of this list, just like we can with the intake forms. That way I can keep my most used services up at the top, without having to delete and reenter everything in the order I want them in.

I have my theranest calendar synced to my icalendar. But it would be very helpful if the personal appointments I have in my icalendar could sync into my theranest calendar. that way when I am scheduling people, I only have to check one calendar. and I don't have to keep duplicating all these events everywhere which then show as duplicated in my icalendar because I synced theranest to it.
This is not to be able to add client appts through my icalendar, it is so my personal appts are reflected in my theranest calendar so I know when I am actually available.Rebecca Rondeau

When I'm in the calendar I don't really need to see who has cancelled. (I don't allow portal cancellations so it is always me that does it so I'm not surprised by a cancellation). It just bogs down the theranest calendar, the agenda, and my synced calendar in icalendar. It would be nice if there was a way to filter these out so I can just see who I am expecting to see today/this week.

It would be helpful if you could enter the first three letters of several words in a diagnosis and be able to search that way. this is how most other EHRs work. If I type in the first few letters and then move on to another word that helps specify it then the search comes up with nothing. Sometimes things are worded as depression, or depressive and it's easier to just be able to search for maj dep dis rec than it is to type out everything in the diagnosis.
