I like the suggestion below to simply add a dropdown option "submitted manually" or such to update the invoice. This would reduce the amount of time I spent checking my notes to verify my actions taken.

An error occurred while saving the comment Patricia Duzey commentedWe have 300 clients, which makes individual billing adjustments of any kind redundant and time-consuming. This feature would streamline the process. I would like the flexibility of selecting from a list, such as with batch payments.

An error occurred while saving the comment Patricia Duzey commentedWith more than a dozen therapists in this practice, it is redundant and time-consuming to send individual messages to each therapist when a claim is missing diagnostic codes. If I had a report that would break down claims by error, I could more easily communicate these errors to each therapist.

I would like to have a default setting in TN that would not allow a new client to schedule appointments until all intake docs have been completed. Currently this can only be done on an individual basis.
