Report on clients with insurance
Allow me to run a report that shows all the clients that have insurance and the details about their insurance (copay amount, coinsurance amount, etc.).

It would be helpful to be able to run a report that separates those who have a copay and a co-insurance to assist with identifying who may have a deductible that starts over again.

Add "Copay" to the Customize Grid to be able to see each client's copayment.
