Add portal messages to client's general documents
When I receive a secure message from a client through the client portal, allow me to transfer or save that message to the client's general documents so I can a record of their communication in one place.

Specify who receives notifications for portal payments
When a client makes a payment on the portal, the staff member assigned to the invoice will receive a notification. Allow me to specify who receives this notification because we only need certain people to be notified.

Accessibility for people who are blind
Make TheraNest, the client portal, and telehealth accessible for staff and clients who are blind or eyesight impaired and use a screen reader.

We’re continuing to make accessibility improvements throughout TheraNest! When using a screen reader and adding or editing an appointment, the repeat event options will not be read if that option is disabled. Stay up to date with all the changes in TheraNest by checking out our changelog.

Statement for Family Group
It would be incredibly helpful to be able to send a statement for a family group. For example: We have a families whose members are all in individual counseling at our office. Rather than sending an individual statement for each child and parent, it would be helpful to be able to send a statement/superbill for all of the family's sessions together as juggling so many different accounts gets confusing.

blocked time a different color on calendar
It would be really nice to have the ability to have the background color of blocked time (or non-client appointments) a different color. What I'd love is to be able to glance at the calendar and see the shape of my day (such as being able to pick light gray for the whole area of blocked time, so that sessions pop out visually and I can see where my time will be spent at a glance). Thank you!

Disable signed progress note email notifications
Disable email notifications for supervisees when supervisor signs progress note (currently receive an email for each progress note signed).

Void & Refund Reporting
We need a way to be able to track voids and refunds - especially when voids end up processing as refunds (as happened to us recently). If they could show on the Credit Card Charges report, that would be great; if not, a separate stand-alone report would work.

Running reports by specific client demographics
Being able to run reports generated by specific criteria would be extremely useful! For instance, I'd really like to send a mass email to clients who are covered by one insurance provider. My only option is to export all clients or active clients without a streamlined way of extracting those I really want to contact. Thanks for your consideration!

Breakdown age further in Demographic Snapshot
When running the Demographic Snapshot report and viewing the client distribution by age, have more age brackets to help inform our marketing and hiring. For example, break down the 0-25 age bracket further (e.g., 0-6, 7-12, etc.).

Billing alerts
Allow me to turn on alerts for certain billing items/tasks so we can be notified if a client's credit card has expired, if there's a certain balance owed, if their deductible has been met, etc.

Add Reason Code for Claim Denial due to Insurance
Please add a reason code PR___ (maybe PR27?) for claim denial when "services performed after insured's contract expired" so we know the claim was denied due to no insurance. This way we can contact the client right away.

Have the duration of the telehealth session automatically pull over into the progress note so I don't have to remember how long the session was when I document it.

Display transaction details for payments throughout client Ledger
The client statement has a column for the transaction description that includes details about the payment number and the type of payment that was received. After charging a credit card, I have no way to go back and know which card was charged when they have more than one on file. Please show the last four digits on the payment history and /or the receipt.
