  3. Customize Grid option to ledger

    It would be nice to not need to click on the invoice to get the full details of payments from insurance and client and adjustments. Could we have a customizable grid to control what information we see to prevent extra steps?

  4. Allow Unapplied Payments in the Payroll Report

    This would be super helpful since it's very common to unapply and re-apply payments multiple times, and that causes payout statuses to be lost.

  5. "Applied to Deductible"

    Under submitted claims status it would be nice to have an option to chose "Applied to Deductible" to make it more clear from the ledger what actually took place with a claim that was not rejected or actually paid by the insurance company but was applied to the patient's deductible.

  11. Bill using UB-04 claim form

    It would be very beneficial to us if Theranest could support the UB-04 claim form format, as we are licensed as an outpatient d/a facility, and must file on an institutional claim form for some of our payers.

  12. Allow copying and pasting text from secure messages

    Allow me to copy and paste information that is sent or received from a secure message. Sometimes we have standard messages that we send clients and it would be easier to copy and paste from an old message.

    Have TheraNest automatically generate the Client IDs so I don't have to remember to do this for each client.

  14. Improve the group notes workflow

    Improve the workflow to create a group note for the group and progress notes for each client in the group. Right now it takes too much time to complete the notes and I have to jump to different areas.

  18. Choose which email when sending invoices and statements

    If a client has more than one email address on file or hs a contact in their contact network with an email address on file, allow me to select which email to send the invoice, superbill, or statement to.
