Filter client list by client flags
When viewing the client list, allow me to customize the grid to include any client flags and allow me to sort/filter by the flags.

Enter custom entry when "Other" is selected in "Race" field
Allow users to enter custom entry when "Other" is selected in "Race" dropdown. This will allow providers to more accurately define their clients' identities.

This field is also available for your clients in their Client Portal accounts so they can self-identify as they see fit.

Display assigned staff member(s) & clients not assigned to staff in client list
Update client list to show any staff members assigned to that client with the ability to filter each staff member.

This redesign includes an updated dynamic grid that includes a column for clients’ Assigned Staff. This column is searchable allowing you to easily find clients based on this information. To find clients who have not been assigned a staff member, simply search for “-” and any client who has not been assigned a staff member will be shown in the results. Add preferred language field to Client Details
Our facility is undergoing accreditation with The Joint Commission. When reviewing statues, it indicates a client's "preferred language" is required in the demographics section of their chart. Would this be a feature THeraNest would consider adding ASAP?

Allow $0 values on client's insurance details page
Prior to update, you used to be able to add a $0 to numeric fields. This includes Copay field, which triggered the word Copay on Agenda/Calendar and was a work around for customers who needed to distinguish between cash and insurance clients. Now you cannot add a $0, you have to leave it blank which keeps copay field from populating on Agenda/Calendar.

Using same email for siblings
It would be nice to be able to send paperwork for multiple siblings to one parent email instead of them having to have multiple emails for the children

Display if client is active in client portal in client details
Indicate if a client has an active account in the client portal in their client details.
24 votesWe’ve released an improvement that displays whether a client has an active Client Portal account in your organization. This label is displayed on the client’s Details page. If a staff member has admin level permissions, the label is clickable and directs to your organization’s Client Portal Settings page.

Add multi-select form element
Allow me to add a form element to Dynamic Forms that allows me or the client to check multiple options under a question.

Add sexual orientation to client details
I am thrilled to see more options added to gender (I've checked out many programs that do not have this) but I work in a queer mental health agency and sexual orientation is also a necessary demographic.

Bulk archive multiple clients at once
It would be nice if there was a way to mass archive clients. We have an existing practice with a large number of clients so it is rather tedious to manually go through and archive all the old clients after we have uploaded our client database.

Add secondary insurance payer to client sidebar section
If a client has an active secondary insurance payer saved to their profile then show it in the client sidebar like primary insurance is now.

Would love to see client ID numbers listed next to names on the Clients list!

Assign staff members to prospective clients
When adding a client to the prospective clients list, allow me to assign a staff member.

Add option to load all appointments since intake date on client appointment history page
I want to quickly see all appointments from client history so that I do not have to manually search for most-past and most-future appointments. Otherwise this can be a time-consuming task.
13 votesWe’re excited to let you know this feature has been released! On the client’s Appointment History page, there is now a “Load Full History” button that when clicked automatically sets the start date equal to the client’s intake date and the end date equal to today + 365 days. This allows you to quickly see all appointments from the client’s Appointment History without manually inputting a broad date range.

Indicate Default Rendering Provider in Client Profile
I need to be able to indicate which staff member is assigned as the rendering provider for each client.

Import client insurance information
I have to enter all current insurance information to every client and I am wondering if there is an easier way than manual entry
12 votesAdding new clients in bulk and migrating information to TheraNest is now easier than ever. We’ve expanded our Client Import feature so you can now import primary insurance information for clients when using this tool.
With this update, the following items can be added via the Import Tool:
- Insurer
- Insured ID Number
- Plan Name
- Effective Date
- Effective Date
- Group NumberAll insurance information uploaded is for the primary insurance only and will be displayed in the Bill to & Insurance section for a client.
