Would love to see the client's birthdate on the billing page so when I call their insurance company I don't need to flip back to client detail screen. Or, place the birthdate on top of the client detail screen so I don't need to scroll down.
When I call insurance I need client insurance info, name, address and DOB.

Add date of birth and Insurance ID number to the same page.

Add date of birth of client to billing and insurance page

On the Bill to & Insurance screen the insurance info is on the left and the demographic info for the policy holder is on the right. Need to have date of birth of the client on the insurance page

It is literally already on the Bill To & Ins screen. Ins info left, demo info on right.

Put all basic info on every page, date of birth, id, name, insurance number.

Anyone who does billing will know how annoying it is to have to switch screens constantly while the insurance rep is asking for information that cannot be easily accessed. At minimum, please add the patient's DOB to the billing page. It's an obvious need.

Please add the date of birth to the insurance page - it would be so helpful! Thanks.
