Add sexual orientation to client details
I am thrilled to see more options added to gender (I've checked out many programs that do not have this) but I work in a queer mental health agency and sexual orientation is also a necessary demographic.

Additions that could be helpful for treatment and referral to social services are: split "Gender" into biological gender and self-identified gender. Add drop-down for sexual orientation. Change "Race" to "Ethnicity" and, if ethnicity is "Multiethnic," create a field to list those ethnicities. In the "Employment" drop-down, change "Employed" option to "Full-time" or "Part -time" so as to reflect underemployment issues. Also, allow for multiple choices, such as both "Part-time Employed" and "Part-time Student" simultaneously. Any time "Other" is a choice (e.g. Religion), add a field to describe that "other."

This, along with a client's pronouns are very important information to have in the demographic profile of our clients
