Bulk archive multiple clients at once
It would be nice if there was a way to mass archive clients. We have an existing practice with a large number of clients so it is rather tedious to manually go through and archive all the old clients after we have uploaded our client database.

We’re excited to let you know this suggestion has been implemented! Today we released a major redesign of the Client List page in TheraNest. It would be too simple to add a validation field of auto-archive clients who are 30/60/90 days without an appointment in the system.

Allow for "ease" in cleaning up the Database for old or inactive clients. Currently there is no automated way to bulk archive clients.

It would be really nice to be able to pull a list of multiple client files (all the way up to ALL of them), with checkboxes so you could edit multiple statuses at the same time. Specifically, the ability to select several client files at once to "archive," "unarchive," or delete. I accidentally imported my client list from an excel spreadsheet--over 2,000 clients--3 times...and all of them had the first and last name switched (my fault). Deleting each file one at a time is a mind-numbing hours-long process. I wish I could pull the whole list, check all boxes, and delete them all at once.
